How can I get service for my Westcott product?

To initiate a product warranty service or repair request, please complete the following steps:

    1. Complete the form on this page.
    2. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We do not accept shipments without an RA Number.
    3. Properly package the item(s) to ensure protection from damage in shipping. Include the RA Number on the outside of the box.
    4. We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or another delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance. You are responsible for return shipping charges and any international fees.
