Returns
You may return most products up to 30 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged. Refunds are processed within 10 days of Westcott receiving the returned item. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping returned merchandise to Westcott. Digital products, like video recordings, are non-refundable once released. Pre-sale purchases may be refunded up until the content becomes available.
