How to Return an Item Purchased at a Westcott Retailer

  1. Create an account and then complete the form below.
  2. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We will not accept shipments without an RMA Number.
  3. Properly package the item(s) to ensure protection from damage in shipping. Include the RMA Number on the outside of the box.
  4. We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or other delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
