For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant irrevocable and perpetual permission to the F.J. Westcott Company, or one of its present, current and/or future subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively “Westcott”), and its legal representatives, assigns, agents, and those acting on its behalf, to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify and/or create derivative works of my appearance, image, name, likeness, bibliographical information, conversations, sound, and/or voice for all manner of advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever and in any form or medium, throughout the world, and in all other configurations for any digital/electronic or other technology systems, including live streaming and webcasts, whether now known or hereinafter developed and hereby waive all rights associated with publicity and/or privacy (hereinafter “Products”).

(1) In my own behalf, I do hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the Products at any stage whether finished or not. (2) In my own behalf, I hereby relinquish, give, and assign to Westcott all right, title, and interest that I may have in the work product, finished pictures, finished product, negatives, reproductions, video, copies of the original prints and negatives, derivative works, the Products, advertising, or other copy (“Work Product”) that may be used in connection therewith. (3) In my own behalf, I further grant Westcott the right to give, sell, transfer, and exhibit such Work Product to any assignees or third parties at the sole discretion of Westcott. (4) In my own behalf, I hereby release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Westcott, and its legal representatives, assigns, and those acting under its permission or authority, from any liability by virtue of any use of the Product or Work Product including, but not limited to, blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of the pictures, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product. (5) I hereby waive and forever relinquish any future or past compensation related to this Agreement, the Products and the Work Product including, but not limited to, royalties. (6) In my own behalf, I do hereby warrant that I am 18 years or older, have read the above authorization and release prior to its execution, and fully understand and agree with the contents thereof.

I confirm that I am the sole owner or authorized licensee of the submitted images and have obtained all necessary model or property releases for any identifiable persons or locations depicted. If a model release is not uploaded with this submission, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for ensuring the proper releases are in place and agree to provide them upon request. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westcott from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use of the submitted images, including but not limited to, claims of unauthorized use of a person’s likeness, right of publicity, or violation of privacy laws.
