This frame tube is used to build customized scrim panels in sizes ranging from 1x1' to 8x8'. Made with anodized aluminum, this 1" tube can withstand heavy use on set while maintaining a lightweight form. Positive-locking connectors are used to combine tubes to create frames or 3D light shaping tools. Heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape is riveted on two sides of the tube for attaching fabrics to make diffusion panels, nets, book lights, or other light controls.

Dynamic 3-dimensional light control tools can also be configured with Scrim Jim Cine connectors.
Each Scrim Jim Cine tube is constructed of anodized aluminum to ensure durability and portability.
Heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape is riveted to two sides of each tube for effortless mounting of fabrics and silk diffusers.
Each frame segment features built-in 3/8" #16 threads for quick mounting.
Reliable connectors are self-locking to ensure that frame configurations stay in place.
