This light mount insert instantly attaches your FJ200 or L60-B to select Rapid Box Switch light modifiers. (See the description below for details.) The versatile Switch system allows you to mount studio lights or portable flashes to the same Switch softbox. Instead of using a dedicated speedring, this insert slides into a Switch modifier’s rear tabs and secures in place with a sliding thumb-lock.
