Shipping policy

You will be provided a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Transit days only include regular business days. Weekend delivery is only available for certain zip codes and requires that a higher rate be quoted. Depending on the merchandise you purchase and the delivery location, different shipping methods may be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order.

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the weight and dimensions of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.

When you place your order you will be provided with an estimate of delivery. Once the items leave our warehouse and are in the hands of our delivery partners unforeseen delays may be incurred outside of our control. Please consult the delivery company with your tracking number to find out more about when your packages will be delivered.

Item Availability

The availability of a product is noted on the product detail page as "In Stock", "More coming soon", or a similar message. Most products are in stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Pre-Order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Back-order). For more information, please read the details below.

Expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Claims

You must REFUSE damaged shipments for a claim to be filed with the carrier. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Advanced Sale (Pre-Order) Products

Advanced Sale or "Pre-Order" products are not yet in stock but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Advanced Sale products are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. The expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping 4-6 weeks") may be indicated on the product detail page.

Back-ordered Products

Back-ordered products are products that are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. A back-ordered product that you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your product via e-mail. Expected shipment time (for example, "Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") may be indicated on the product detail page.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is available to addresses in the Contiguous United States on most orders over $100. Customers shipping to anywhere outside the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping costs and any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred.

We attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible based on the customer's selected delivery method; however, events such as holidays, severe weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can force exceptions to delivery estimates.

Orders are shipped on regular business days only, including Monday-Friday, and excluding US Federal holidays. Free shipping may not be available for certain items, including some Lithium batteries, oversized, used, refurbished, clearance, and closeout discounted items.

Lithium-Ion batteries are subject to additional shipping fees and restrictions. Please reference the International Civil Aviation Organization Council for the most up-to-date rules and regulations.

International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with a third-party service to calculate and collect duties, taxes, and shipping costs for our international customers.  In most cases, your location will be automatically detected and you will be provided with estimates for the shipping, duties, taxes, and any applicable fees. Once you begin to checkout, you will be provided with actual international shipping costs as well as applicable duties, taxes, and any fees for the delivery of your merchandise based on the delivery address of your order. Upon completion of your order, your method of payment will be charged for the entire purchase.
